(2) ROBERT McCHESNEY IN NAPERVILLE, APRIL 13

Robert McChesney, noted author and media critic, will be giving a lecture in Naperville (this was the lecture which got snowed out back in
January).  The lecture, "The Emerging Struggle for Control of U.S. Media", will take place on Tuesday, April 13, 7:30pm, at the White

(3) CMA IN CRYSTAL LAKE, APRIL 14

CMA will participate in the McHenry County Peace Group's Current American Issues Series, to be held at McHenry County College, 8900
Northwest Highway 14, Crystal Lake, IL, on Wednesday, April 14, at 7pm.

(4) MEDIA CONFERENCE IN COLUMBUS, APRIL 16-17

Columbus State Community College in Columbus, Ohio, is hosting a community media hearing and media activist conference for the weekend of

(5) MORE UPCOMING EVENTS

Later on in April, CMA will be in St. Louis, Lisle, and Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood.  Plus, don't forget Rapid City which will host
the FCC's midwest localism hearing on May 26, and organizing is underway for a series of nationwide rallies around the FCC lawsuit in
