FOX SUX, War Sux: A report from the streets, March 15

Posted by Mitchell - September 28, 2006 (entry 416)

Thanks to everyone who came to the outstanding March 15 protest in downtown Chicago, right outside the FOX Chicago studios on Michigan Avenue. (FOX: the most sly name in TV networks). The protest brought a very diverse group, with lots of new faces.

A quick recount about the event is available here. Photos about the event will be coming soon. Some video footage was captured as well, and will be the subject of an anticipated short film, though that will take longer to produce.

UPDATE: We have photos of the March 15 event to share as part of the write-up. Also, kudos to Danny Schechter and Mediachannel for their write-up of the event.
