From our friends at Center for Digital Democracy:

TAKE ACTION: The FCC is poised to alter the basic rules that have long governed the business of delivering multi-channel video to cities across the country. At stake is whether communities will still have the ability to help determine how their residents can benefit from advanced communications. Public comments on the FCC's Notice of Proposed Rulemaking are due by 13 February (with replies due by 14 March). For more information and to take action, click here.
