UPDATE. WTTW has delayed and now stopped negotiations on the town hall forums! The 4/25/03 rationale: With the war over, there is no point because you need a raging issue to attract viewers. Besides, "Chicago Tonight" already covers the issues proposed for forums. (For further information, please click on the WTTW link on the Chicago Media Action web site.)
