Rumors flying...

There's been rumors abuzzing that the ruling in the Prometheus lawsuit against the FCC is expected to come down "any day now", perhaps this week (Thursday or Friday). The rumor even hit the Free Press national mailing list yesterday.

I called around. I was advised by sources close to the lawsuit that I should not believe the hype; the rumor was supposedly traced to the FCC, which promptly behaved like a bunch of Keystone Cops in the wake of the rumor (what else is new?).

I'm writing up a press release or two, just in case...
